By ordering on the website HBLCOLLECTION, you agree to comply with our terms and conditions as follows:

Delivery:
*Please allocate adequate time when placing your order.

Processing time will take 2 weeks (14 days).
Delivery: Next-day recorded delivery after processing time.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
DHL:  1-2Days
International deliveries are subject to additional cost.

HBLCOLLECTION holds no responsibilities for additional custom charges in destination countries.


Refund policy:

The nature of our prodcut does not allow for refunds to be made once the item has been used, however exchanges and refunds can be under the terms that:
* The product is reported for an exchange/refund within 48 hours of receiving the item
* The product has not be worn, and is still in its original state and packaging.
* The product has no glue usage/gel or any hair products on it.

Shipping fees/exchanges:

The customer must cover all return fees. The client is responsible for the item until we’ve received it. Please use a tracking number service with a signature by the recipient. We will not take any responsibility for lost items during exchanges.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT
The terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and HBLCOLLECTION. Any waiver of any provision of the terms of service will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of HBLCOLLECTION.
